The Condition of the Above Obligation is Such, that if the above bounden Jeremiah Blackwell and William Whaley Jnr, Administrators of all and singular the goods and chattels, rights, and credits, which were of William Whaley Senr deceased, do make, or cause to be made, a true and perfect inventory of all and singular the goods, chattels, lands, tenements, rights and credits, of the said deceased, which have come to the hands, possession or knowledge of them the said Jeremiah Blackwell & William Whaley Jnr, or into the hands or possession of any persons for them, and the same, so made, do return and exhibit in the office of the clerk of the County Court for the county of Washington, within such times, and in such manner as is, or may be prescribed by law; and all and singular the moneys, goods, and chattels, lands and tenements, rights and credits, of the said deceased, accruing from or arising out of his estate, which shall come to the hands, possession or knowledge of the said Jeremiah Blackwell & William Whaley, Jr, shall well and truly administer according to law, and pay the debts of the said deceased as far as his assets will extend and the law direct; and, further, make, or cause to be made, just and true accounts of their said administration, and make due and propert settlements thereof, from time to time, according to law, of the order, sentence or decree of any court having competent jurisdiction; and shall, moreover, well and truly do and perform all other matters and things, touching the said administration, as are, or shall be provided by law, or enjoined on them by the order, sentence, or decree of any court having competent jurisdiction; then this obligation to be void, and of no effect, otherwise to remain in full force and effect.
