She was born March 12, 1929 in Gentry County and gradutated from Albany high school in 1948. She married Othniel "Pick" Jones on June 26, 1949. Nadine and Pick lived in Denver, MO. where they owned and operated a grocery store and cafe for 35 years, until his death in 1986. The Jones' store was the hub of the Denver community for many years. Nadine married George Parman in 1992. They moved to Mt. Ayr, IA. in 2001 and she moved to the Manor in Cameron in 2002, where she resided until her death. She was preceded in death, besides her two husbands, by two sisters, Merle Craven and Mary Stephens. Survivors include two daughters, Brenda (Jerry) Juhl, Stanberry and Debbie (David) Ledbetter, Cameron; two granddaughters, Tisha, Chicago, IL. and Traci and husband, Travis Owens, Albany; step-children, J. C. Parman, Tom Parman, Dan Parman and Cathy McGahuey, as well as numerous step-grandchildren. Funeral services were held on July 6 at Andrews Funeral Home, Grant City, conducted by Rev. Brenda Abplanalp. Interment was in the Miller cemetery, Denver.
