I William B. JOBE Seventy two years old and of sound mind do make this as my last and (sic) testament of all my property Real and Personal. To my Daughter Laura B. JOB I Give and Bequeath all of my household and Kitchen goods and Furniture Clothing and Beds and Bedding and Two Hundred (200) Dollars and to my youngest son Martin W. JOB my shot Gun and to my three Grand Children Millie J. KEELING Margaret C. HAGANS and Robert Clark HAGANS Ten (10) Dollars Each to be paid to them upon arriving at legal age by my Executor Martin W. JOB out of the proceeds of my property when it is sold and money collected all the Remainder of my Property Real and Personal to be Equally divided ammong (sic) my Four Children. Redford C JOB, James C JOB Lawra B. JOB and Martin W. JOB and m Executor Martin W. JOB is to withold (sic) the Share of James C. JOB untill (sic) he pays A. note of one Hundred (100) Dollars to J. A. WEST wich (sic) I signed for him as Security and I appoint Martin W. JOB my Executor [signed] William B. JOB We attest the above and foregoing Wll By Scrubing (sic) our names hereto as Witnesses in the Presence of William B.
