I, Allen ROBERTSON of Worth County Missouri being of sound mind & memory do 
make publish and declare this, my Last Will and Testament, to wit:  
 
1st.  All my just debts and general expenses shall first be fully paid.
 
2nd  I give devise and bequeath all the rest residue and remainder of my 
Estate, both real and Personal to my beloved wife Elizabeth ROBERTSON, to have 
and to hold t her during her natural life and at her death to be divided 
between my children as follows: to wit:
 
Elizabeth Mary ALLEN     Ten Dollars
Sarah KIRK               Ten Dollars
Jesse ROBERTSON          Ten Dollars
Matilda KIRK             Ten Dollars
George R. ROBERTSON      Ten Dollars
 
and to William ROBERTSON all the rest residue and remainder of said Real and 
Personal Property of which I may be seized and I nominate and appoint my son 
William ROBERTSON to be the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament, hereby 
revoking all former Wills by me made.  In witness whereof, I have hereunto set 
my hand and seal this 18th day of April A. D. 1887.

Be it Remembered, 
that on this 25th day of May, in the year of Our Lord One Thousand Eight 
Hundred and Eighty Seven before Chas L. WHEELER, Clerk of the Probate Court, in 
Vacation, held in and for Worth County and State of Missouri personally 
appeared E. MILLER & C. C. BENSON who being Duly sworn upon their oath Depose 
and say that they were present and saw Allen ROBERTSON sign the foregoing 
instrument purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of him the said Allen 
ROBERTSON and heard him publish and declare the same to be his Last Will and 
Testament, and that at the time of signing the same the said Allen ROBERTSON 
was of sound and Disposing mind and that these deponants (sic) subscribed their 
names thereto as witnesses to the same in the presence of the Testator, and of 
each other and at the request of the said Allen ROBERTSON, E. MILLER C. C. 
BENSON Sworn to and subscribed before we Chas. L. WHEELER Clerk of the Probate 
Court in Vacation the day and year first above written.

In the Worth Probate Court, In Vacation.
I, J. A. HUNT, Judge of the Probate Court held within and for Worth County 
Missouri having examined the foregoing instrument purporting to be the last 
will and Testament of Allen ROBERTSON Deceased and signed by said Allen 
ROBERTSON Deceased, late of Worth County Missouri and having heard the 
testamony (sic) of E. MILLER and C. C. BENSON the subscribing witnesses thereto 
in relation to the execution of the same do declare and adjudge said instrument 
to be the Last Will and Testament of said Allen ROBERTSON, Deceased, and the 
same is therefore admitted to Probate and Record. 
 
In Testamony (sic) whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of 
said Court, at Office, this 25th day of May 1887.

I, D. C. MULL, Judge of the Probate Court of Worth County, State of Missouri, 
do hereby certify, That the above and foregoing is a full True and complete 
copy of the Original Last Will and Testament of Allen ROBERTSON Deceased Proof 
of Will and Certificate of Probate of the same as fully as the same now remains 
of Record and on file in my office.  I further certify, That Receipts in full 
of the Bequests stipulated in Section 2nd of said Will acknowledging full 
payment by William ROBERTSON are now on file in my said Office. 
 
In Testamony (sic) Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of 
our said Court.  Done at office, in Grant City, in said County this 14th day of 
December A. D. 1903
