State of Missouri, County of Wright
THIS LICENSE Authorizes any Judge of a court of Record or Justice of the 
Peace, or any Licenced or Ordained Preacher of the Gospel, who is a citizen of 
the United States, to SOLEMNIZE MARRIAGE between J.W. Dickinson of Boyer in 
the County of Wright and State of Missouri who is over the age of twenty-one 
years; and Kattie Kelley of Fuson in the County of Wright and State of 
Missouri who is over the age of eighteen years.

WITNESS my hand as Recorder of Deeds, with the seal of office hereto affixed, 
at my office in Hartville this 11 day of September 1900

STATE OF MISSOURI County of Wright. This is to certify that the undersigned 
G.W. Frazier A Justice of the Peace did, at his office in said County, on the 
11th day of September A.D. 1900, unite in Marriage the above named persons.  
And I further certify that I am a citizen of the United States and legally 
qualified under the laws of the State of Missouri to solemnize Marriage:
G. W. Frazier

The foregoing Certificate of Marriage was filed for record in my office on the 
12 day of Sept. A.D. 1900, J.S. Lathram Recorder of Deeds.
