Wapon Clk James L. Weems To - Deed Willis W. Cummins } This deed made and executed this 2nd day of April one thousand eight hundred and Sixty six by James L. Weems to Willis W. Cumins and his heirs all of the county of Attala and State of Mississippi, witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of Three hundred dollars to him in hand paid the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I have granted bargained and sold and by these present do grant bargain sell and convey unto the said W. W. Cumins and his heirs the following described land in the County and State above mentioned, to wit SE SW Sec 10 N8 NW quarter of Section No 15 in Township No 14 N of Range No 9. E. containing 80 acres. And I do warrant and defend the right and title of said land unto said W. W. Cumins and his heirs and assigns forever against myself and all other claimants whomsoever.
