Mr. Humphrey was 61 years old, a good man and a good citizen; a man that was liked by all. He leaves a wife and five children and a host of friends to mourn his departure. The funeral services were conducted by Hon. E.S. Candler, Jr. of Corinth. Mr. Humphrey moved to this place about three years ago, during which time he has made a host of warm friends. THE DEAD OF THE DAY (page 3) Judge Humphrey died at his home near Wenasoga last Friday after a painful and lingering illness of several months from cancer, and was buried at Holly church yard Saturday. He was the father of our townsman, Mr. Frank Humphrey, and a most estimable gentleman, well known throughout the country. Additional Comments: (This is an obit I looked up for someone else.
