HERBERT WRIGHT, RITES WEDNESDAY
Herbert Wright, 69, of Rt. 1, Burnsville, died at his home Monday at 10 a.m. 
He was a retired farmer and a member of the Liberty Hill Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. at Liberty Hill Baptist 
Church with the Rev. Spurgeon Mullikin officiating. Burial will be in the 
church cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Ruby May Higginbottom Wright; 3 sons, Russel 
Wright, of Iuka; Julian Wright of Starkville and Tommy Wright of Burnsville; 3 
daughters, Mrs. Reba Cox of Selmer, Mrs. Betty Thompson and Miss Rowena 
Wright, both of Cartersville, Georgia; 4 brothers, Verbon Wright, Nathan 
Wright and Abe Wright, all of Memphis and Kenneth Wright of Kingsport, 
Tennessee; and 8 grandchildren.
McPeters Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
