Thompson, overseer of the new road, beginning at, or near the 37th mile post on the line of Demarcation to the middle of Dawson’s Creek, near the Elisian fields. Henry Hanna, overseer of the road from Dawson’s creek to the county line. James Taylor, overseer of the road Natchez road from the public square in the Town of Liberty to McGehee’s Mill. William P.(?) Thomas & Henry Humble, overseers of the Natchez road from McGehee’s Mill to the courty line. David Montgomery, overseer of the Franklin Road from the Town of Liberty to the Amite River, John McAllister from the Amite River to the county line. Jonathan Hicks, overseer of the Chafuncha road from the Town of Liberty to Everits crossroad. William Lowery, overseer of the Chafuncha road from Everit’s crossroad to the Amite River. David White, overseer of the road from Matthew Kenchens down the East fork of the Amite River to John Prestige’s (Prestridge) James Richmond, overseer of the same road from Prestiges down said river to Desmukes Mill creek , John Travis, overseer of the same road from said creek to Travis’s road, James Welch, overseer of the same road from Travis’s road to the line of Demarcation. Fleming Watkins, overseer of the friendship road from beaver creek westward to the Wilkinson County line. James M. Mainford, overseer of the same road from beaver creek eastward to the Amite River near John Brown’s. Benjamin Lewis, overseer of the road from the Town of Liberty on a direction for Natchez crossin(sic) the Homochitto at John Caston’s plantation. John Lowery, overseer of the Tombecbee road from the Town of Liberty as far as Laird’s creek, John Firth in the middle in place of James Chandler, Henry Goldman on the eastern side of said road. Thomas(?) Webb, overseer of the Chafuncha road form the East fork of the Amite to the Lattimore water holes on said road in place of Jo. Williams. Robert Lowery, overseer of the road from the Town of Liberty down the west prong of the Amite River to where it intersects the lake road near Agrippa Gayden’s Gin. John Brown, overseer of the road from Thomas Toler’s by Col. Neilson’s Mills, from thence to where it intersects the Chafuncha Road between the Town of Liberty and the east fork of the Amite River. Adam Domini, overseer of the road from the Town of Liberty leading on a direction for Wakefield in Washington County. Thomas Talbert, overseer to open a road beginning at the County line, where the new road leading from Wilkinson’s Court House intersects it near Hugh Cooper’s to the Town of Liberty. William Stewart (note: Caleb Burton’s name struck out), overseer of the road leading out of the Chafuncha Road to the line of Demarcation on a direction for Bookter’s landing. Thomas Batchelor & John Nelin (note: Edward Collin’s name struck out), overseers of the lake road from the line of Demarcation in the fork of the Amite River as far as Claiborne’s Old Store. William Everit, overseer of the road leading out of the Tombecbee road into the Chafuncha road to Holden’s Old Mill.
