DOCUMENTS AND MEMORABILIA OF ISHAM RANDALL THE EXCLUSION OF ISHAM RANDALL FROM GALILEE BAPTIST CHURCH TAKEN FROM THE CHURCH MINUTES 1828, Oct. 11th The church met in conference when Brother John Straughan reported brother Isham Randall to the church for disorder both in word and deed for which the church took up the case, appointed brethern Robert Day & J. Straughan to cite Brother Randall to appear at the next conference to answer the charges, the report of the committee was that Brother Randall wished the church to exclude him and as such he was Excluded. ORPHAN'S COURT RECORD AMITE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI VOLUME 2, PAGE 355 (?) Monday the 16th (?) of Dec. 1833 Ordered that the Guardianship __________(cannot read)__________ allowed to______. Ordered that the _____________(cannot read)_________to sell the W. half of SW quarter of section No. 11 Township No. 3 Range No 3 (?) East containing 79. (?) acres said land lying in the County of Amite the same belonging to the Estate of Sarah Hendricks (?)said sales of ______having been made that ______of this order was duly published & according to Law. This day Archibald B. Steel appeared for letters of Admr. on (?) the Estate of Isham Randall, decd. whereupon it is Ordered that Archibald B. Steele & Rebecca Randall be appointed administrator on the Estate of Isham Randall, Decd. upon his entering into bond with sufficient security. This day Archibald B. Steele entered into bond with James McDowell (?) and Stephen Wilkinson his security, and took the oath to qualify him to act as admr. on Isham Randall's Estate. This day Lewis Raborn (?) appeared for letters of Admr. on the Estate of Lane (?) or Grace (?) Raborn (?), decd. whereupon it is Ordered that Lewis Raborn be appointed admr. on the Estate of Lane (?) or Grace (?) Raborn, decd. upon his entering into bond and good security. This day Lewis Raborn entered into bond with Peter (?) Wall his security which bond was approved and took the oath to qualify him to act as admr. in said (?) Estate. (876834) Monday the 16th day of Dec., 1833 Ordered that Reason Robinson, William Tillery & Peter Faust be appointed appraisers on the Estate of Isham Randall, decd. Ordered that James Strickland, Abel Cotton (?) & Benjamin (?) Wall be appointed appraisers on the Estate of Lane (?) or Grace (?) Raborn, decd. This day Wilson T___(?) applied for letters of Guardianship ("upon the Estate" stricken out) for Julian (?) or Ruben (?) Lang (?), a minor. Ordered that Wilson T____(?) be appointed Guardian of Julian (?) or Ruben (?) Lang (?), a minor upon his entering into bond in the sum of five hundred dollars with good security. The State of Mississippi Amite County By the Probate Court of said County; Whereas Isham Randall, deceased late of said County died Intestate as we are informed, having whilst he lived and at the time of his death divers goods, Debts, rights & credits within the state aforesaid and we desiring that the said goods, rights & credits may be well and truly administered converted & disposed of do hereby grant unto Archibald B.
