Secondly, I will to my son Christian Nelson, one negro boy named Ben to him for ever his heirs and assigns, thirdly I will to my son James Nelson one negro girl named Soe? to him his heirs or assigns for ever and lastly I will to my beloved wife during her life the ? farming tools and household furnishings and one negro woman named Silvy with her two children named Sam and Peter and at her death all the property remaining to be divided equally between my children above mentioned ... the land and plantation I also willed to my beloved wife during life but incase the balance of the money yet due should not be paid thereby authorize and impower by executors and administration or assigns to sell as much of said land as will be sufficient to raise the balance yet due and do by these presents make ordain and constitute Francis Graves and Ellender Nelson my beloved wife, executor of my estate and further with power and authority to settle my bussiness of every description as fully as I could do myself were i have to do my own business with power to collect in debts and pay what I am owing and give full receipt This given under my hand seal this 25th of June 1812 signed sealed and delivered in the presents of Christian Nelson (his signature) Test: J Graves John Graves Jr. personally appears ??? under signed ? and after being duly sworn according to law John Graves, Jr. and John Graves Sr. and saith? that they were present and subscribing witnesses to the within will and testament and saw Christian Nelson sign seal and deliver the same sworn to and subcribed before me the..... 1812 Additional Comments: this is an old copy i got from the court house back in the 80s and it has faded and hard to read... His wife's probate is 1836 Copiah Co., Ms. and lists her as Eleanor Nelson James has died prior to her death and William and Christian Nelson are the executors....
