Benjamin and Eliza can be found in the 1850 Census, Muhlenberg Co., KY with children: 
Mary L., age 7
Anna E., age 5
James J., age 3
Emma, age 1
All were born in Kentucky.

By 1860 they were living in Bolivar County, Mississippi.  Mary, Anna, James and Emma
are listed along with new brother, Benjamin B., age 7, who was also born in Kentucky.  

By 1870 daughter Florence, born about 1870 in Mississippi, had joined the family.
