Clara East Schwegmann passed away on Friday, August 27, 2010. Beloved wife of 
the late Anthony Joseph Schwegmann. Mother of Shelby S. Rodriguez, Marie S. 
Valence, Nancy S. Lauler and Arlene F. Schwegmann. Mother-in-law of Ivy 
Rodriguez, Garry Durall, Bill Lauler and Ernest Valence. Daughter of the late 
Bessie Brand East and Frank East. Sister of Joseph East, Polly Moore, Ruth 
Cameron, Elouise Grecco, the late Paul East, Juanita Texerie, Mildred Voros, 
Dovie Vines and Gail Beaudoin. Grandmother of Bryan, Melissa and Wade Benoit, 
Jack and Jonah Valence, Stuart and Jennifer Lauler and Sarah Schwegmann-
Durall. Great-grandmother of Erin and Joshua Benoit, Lance and Devin Matherne, 
Mallory and Morgan Benoit. Great-great-grand-mother of Lainey Valence and 
Alexander Benoit. She was 90 years of age, a native of Slate Springs, MS and 
resident of Harvey, LA. Relatives, friends and members of Marrero Chateau 
Dames are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 
Westbank Expy., Harvey, LA on Tuesday, August 31, 2010 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 
AM. Funeral Services will follow in the funeral home Chapel. Interment
