She was the daughter of Mr. B Lee, of GA. She was married in Georgia to Dr. P. H. White about fifty years ago. She joined the church when young and has lived a most exemplary life. She was remarkable for her gentleness and modesty as a lady, and for her faithfullness, a wife, mother and christian. She has lived a widow eleven years, and has borne her widowhood with admirable christian resignation. She leaves four sons and three daughters to cheerish her memory and to mourn her absence and the loss of her counsel. Her many friends wish to record here theri fond memories of the deceased and their sympathies for the bereaved. M.V. N.
