BILL TO ESTABLISH FEDERAL DISTRICT COURT IN CITY
   Washington, April 21, --Representative B. P.
Harrison, of the Sixth Mississippi district, 
today introduced a bill providing for the creation
of a federal district court to be held at
Hattiesburg, Miss. The district would embrace the
counties of Forrest, Perry, Lamar, Jefferson Davis,
Jones, Covington and Lawrence.
