               CHANCERY TERM A BUSY ONE

   In the matter of the estate of Mrs. M. A. Moody,
deceased, Hattiesburg Trust and Banking Company,
administrator. Ordered after paying costs and
certain other monies named, that share and share
alike, between the following heirs of the deceased:
Will V. Moody, of Hattiesburg, Mrs. Ruby V. Turner,
of Hattiesburg, and Sam E. Moody, of Hattiesburg,
or his legal guardian when appointed. The 
administrator was ordered discharged without furhter
liabilities.
