R. 12 Written: January 31, 1912 Hattiesburg Daily News Sat Mar 2, 1912 pg 6 TRUSTEE'S SALE State of Mississippi County of Forrest Under and by virtue of authority vested in me as trustee in a certain deed of trust given by E. V. Fairley and Claisa Fairley on the 31st day of January A. D. 1910, to A. E. Milloy, trustee, to secure a certain indebtedness due by the said E. V. Fairley, Claisa Fairley to Kennedy & Co. mentioned in said deed of trust, which said deed of trust is recorded in book 5, at pages 248 and 249, of the record of deeds of trust of the records of Forrest county, Mississippi, I, A. E. Milloy, will on Monday, the 4th day of March, A. D. 1912, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, at the front door of the court house in the City of Hattiesburg, in Forrest county, Mississippi, the following described property and land in Forrest County, Mississippi, to wit: S. E. 1-4 of S. E. 1-4 of Sec. 14, township 1, S. R. 12, West, two gray horse mules, about 7 and 15 years old formerly owned by Alfred Griffin and Moss Clayton. For the purpose of satisfying the above mentioned indebtedness, and paying the cost of executing this deed of trust, the conditions of said deed of trust having been broken, and having been requested to make said sale.
