Abstracted By: Jimmy Trussell

 Start the trip to this cemetery at the intersection of 
main street and highway 63 south in downtown Lucedale, 
Mississippi. You will head south on highway 63 for .9 
tenths of a mile, here at the intersection highway 63 will 
go to the left and highway 26 will go to the right. Take 
the right on highway 26 west, now go .5 tenths of a mile 
and on the right you will see McDonald Stree. Take this 
right and go .2 tenths of a mile and the cemetery will be 
on the right. It is surrounded by a chain link fence and is 
in good condition. The cemetery is owned and maintained by 
Southside Baptist Church. The cemetery was walked by Jimmy 
Trussell on the 17th of November, 2008, and information was 
taken from headstone inscriptions. This survey is complete 
for now, however is an active cemetery with more burials to 
come in the future.
