  Traveling south out of Lucedale, Mississippi on Highway 
613, you will go 2.3 tenths of a mile. Here you will take a 
left turn onto Ward/Pineview road. Stay on this road 
another 1.9 miles and on your right under some rather large 
trees you will see some white headstones. This is the Ward 
Family cemetery. I was given permission to walk this 
cemetery by Mr. Loren S. Ward. His family is buried there 
and he is the current landowner of this property. The 
cemetery was walked on May 3rd, 2007 by Jimmy Trussell and 
all information was taken from headstone inscriptions. 
While walking the cemetery I noticed a small chainlink 
fenced in area directly behind this cemetery. It was hidden 
from view by heavy underbrush and several downed trees. I 
was able to get in a position to read the headstones in 
this fenced in area and will list them at the bottom of the 
Ward cemetery and note them as being in the fenced in area.
