Biloxi Daily Herald on 7 July 1925
"MRS. CAILLAVET DIES"

"Mrs. Adolphine Caillavet, aged 62 years, died this morning at 221 Couevas street 
at 8:20.  She was a native of Liberty County, Texas, and has been a resident of 
Biloxi for the past 35 years.  She was the wife of Charles A. Caillavet and leaves 

besides her husband an adopted daughter, Mrs. Tony Glass and children, Tony and 
Hazel Glass.  Funeral will be held from the home at 3:30 tomorrow afternoon with 
services at the Church of the Nativity.  Father Reilly will conduct the funeral 
rites."

Additional Comments:
Adolphine nee Gillard Caillavet was born in 1852 in Liberty County, Texas.  She 
was the wife of Charles A. Caillavet (1850-1927).
