Norman J.  Creel

Mr. Norman J. "Blackie" Creel, 78, of Biloxi, MS, died Friday, December 23, 
2005, in Biloxi. Mr. Creel was a native and lifelong resident of Biloxi. He was 
retired as a boat captain with Western Geophysical after 23 years of service. 
Prior to joining Western Geophysical, he worked as a commercial fisherman. Mr. 
Creel was a U. S. Navy Veteran of WW II and a member of St. Marys Catholic 
Church.He was preceded in death by his parents, Theodore and Katie Creel; a 
son, Norman J. "Chin" Creel, Jr. and two grandchildren, Dawn Marie Creel and 
Rodney Creel, Jr. Burial will follow in Biloxi City Cemetery.
