"Mrs. Halat Rites"

"The funeral of Mrs. Frances G. Halat, 82, 118 Pine St., who was killed during 
Hurricane Cammille(sic), was burried(sic) in Biloxi Cemetery Wednesday afternoon.  
The funeral was at 2 p.m. from Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, Biloxi, under the 
auspices of St. Michael's Catholic Church.  Mrs. Halat was a native of Yugoslavia 
and a resident of Biloxi for 64 years."

Additional Comments:
Frances Grassi Halat was born March 30, 1887 in Croatia.  She married Marko "Mike" 
Halat (1880-1929) on June 15, 1908.  She was a victim of Hurricane Camille.
