"Mr. and Mrs. Herman Otto have our sympathy in the death of their little babe 
which occurred this week."

Additional Comments:
Herman Otto was born July 11, 1887.  He was the son of Dr. Christopher Adam Herman 
Otto (1856-1937) and Rose Eugenia Bouron (1864-1910). Dr. Otto had operated a 
drugstore at Biloxi, Mississippi in the late 1880s.
