Mrs. Berther F.(Creel) Rush, 91, of Bay St. Louis, Hancock County, MS passed 
away on Friday, September 12, 2008 in Bay St. Louis, MS. She was born in 
Jayees, MS and was a resident of Bay St. Louis, MS for the past 41 years. She 
was the Founding Mother of the Church of the Lord Jesus in Waveland, MS.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Jack & Nora B. Creel, her husband, 
Pastor Fenton Rush, her 2 sons, Pastor Charles F. Rush, and Frank E. Rush, 3 
brothers, Woodrow W. Creel, Andrew J. Creel, James M. Creel, and 4 sisters, 
Maggie Creel, Elsie Deer, May Kelly, and Ruby Walker.

She is survived by her 11 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren, and many 
great-great grandchildren.

Visitation:  Church of the Lord Jesus, Waveland, Harrison County,  MS. 

Interment: Garden of Memory Cemetery, Bay St. Louis, MS.
