SEYMOUR" "Lawrence P. Seymour, 73, lifelong North Biloxian died at his home, Racetrack Road, at 6:20 a.m. today. He was the husband of the late Mary Raymond. He was the bridge tender on Back Bay bridge for a number of years and is survived by two sons, Leo and Woodrow, North Biloxi, and three daughters, Mrs. J. H. Morton(sic), Pascagoula; Mrs. W. H. Gable, Norfolk, Va., and Mrs. Anita Gilbert, Hayward, Calif.; 19 grandchildren and a great granddaughter, a sister, Mrs. Mabel Seymour, Biloxi; and a brother, Alphonse Seymour, North Biloxi. The funeral will be from the home under auspices of North Biloxi Methodist Church. Burial will be in Biloxi Cemetery." Additional Comments: Lawrence was the son of Pliney Seymour (1852-1902) and Melinda Quave (1855-1896). He married Mary Raymond (1888-1947) on February 25,1904.
