George Skelton, pastor, officiating. Interment will be in Biloxi Cemetery. The body will be taken from Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home to the church at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday. Friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Mr. Seymour was born in Biloxi and was a lifelong resident. He lived at 210 Racetrack Rd., North Biloxi. He was employed with the Biloxi City school system as a maintenance man, was a charter member of the North Biloxi United Methodist Church, was a member of the choir, president of the board of trustees, secretary of the Sunday School and a member of the church committee. He was also a veteran of World War II and a member of Magnolia Lodge 120 Masonic Order. Survivors include one brother, Woodrow Seymour, North Biloxi; two sisters, Mrs. Ione Morton, Pascagoula, and Mrs. Anita Gilbert, Freemont, Calif." Additional Comments: Leo was the son of Lawrence P. Seymour (1883-1956) and Mary Raymond (1888-1947). He married Lucy Lamey on 1 November 1940 (reference: article "SEYMOUR-LAMEY" printed in Biloxi Daily Herald, page 3 dated 4 November 1940).
