Miss Tucei was a native Biloxian and member of the Nativity BVM Catholic Church. She is survived by cousins. A double funeral was held at 3:30 p.m. for Miss Tucei and Miss Maude Colbet, who wer together in their home when they died. The funeral was from Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home. Burial was in Biloxi Cemetery." Additional Comments: Maris Stella Tucei was born August 10, 1887, in Biloxi. She was the daughter of Joseph Salvatore Tucei (1859-1938). She was a victim of Hurricane Camille along with her cousin, Maude Colbet, when their home on East Beach Boulevard was destroyed.
