Hinds County Gazette unknown

Rev. C.L. Lewis, Capt. Ratliff and
E.D. Futch returned Tuesday
from the Baptist State Convention at
Summit, and reported that that body
finally and forever settled the college
question by continuing the school at
Clinton.  The managers of the institution
can now go ahead and by judicious
advertising recover the ground lost 
since the question was first agitated.
