Mr. J.S.C. Cooper, one of the
oldest residents of the county
who lived for many years at
Midway, died at Blue Mountain
last Monday at the age of 92
years.  The remains were interred
in the cemetery at Palestine last Tuesday.  
Mr. Cooper was a most excellent man
and had a great many friends
who will regret to hear of his
death.
