NOTICE.
Letters Testamentary having been granted to the
undersigned on the estate of A.H.BANKSTON,
late of Hinds county, deceased, at the September term,
1844, of the Honorable the probate Court of Hinds 
county — Notice is hereby given to all  persons indebted to
said estate to make immediate payment, and those having
claims against the same are requested to present them
properly authenticated within the time prescribed by law
or the will be forever barred.
