Hinds County Gazette Unknown

A military company was organized at Raymond last Saturday, with forty-two 
members.  The officers are as follows:
Jon. Bogle, captain; Clifton Ratliff, first lieutenant; Robert L. Peyton,
second lieutenant.  Application has been made to the adjutant general for 
equipments.  The Raymond Fencibles is the name assumed by the organization.
