Glover Buried. Yesterday the remains of Mrs. R.F. Glover, a former and much esteemed Christian lady of Raymond, were brought from her last home in Jackson, and laid to rest beside her husband who was buried here about two years ago. Services were held in the Methodist Church, conducted by Presiding Elder, Harding, where an audience of friends and loved ones gathered to pay their last tribute of love. Mrs. Glover was 71 years old; she leaves three sons and a daughter, who reside in Jackson. ---------------------------------- Mr. W.J. Chapman and son of near Oakley were callers at the Gazette office Wednesday, and showed the editor and old powder- horn gourd, which he says is more than 100 years old, and was handed down in the Chapman family from early days in Georgia The gourd is bell-shaped and holds about a quart.
