Green & John A. Bryan This Indenture made and entered into this fourteenth day of September AD 1848 between Archibald Cockerell Segnr and Sala Cockerel his wife of the first part And William Green sgr and John A. Bryant of the second part. Witnessesth that the said Archibald Cockerel sgnr & his wife Sala Cockerel for and in consideration of one Hundred and Eighty-One 91/100 Dollars to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have this day granted bargained and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto them the said party of the second part a certain tract or parcel of Land known and designated the North East quarter of Section Twenty Nine of Township Eleven Range Eight East NE qu S29 T11 R8E the right and title whereof the said party of the first part will forever defend against the claim or claims of all claimants.
