Morrison I Joseph Woodruff of the County of Itawamba and State of Mississippi have sold and conveyed and quit claim and by these presents do sell convey and quit claim unto the aforesaid Joseph A. Morrison all my right title and Interest in & to the following Described tracts or parcels of Land viz South West quarter of SW 1/4 of Section Fourteen (14) Town Eight (8) Range Six (6) East in aforesaid county and State being the same Lands Con=veyed by me to Auditor of Public Accounts and dated 23 March 1853 In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal 1st day of March 1857.
