Greetings. You are hereby licensed to celebrate the rites of matrimony between Rufus K. Bailey and Delia Oma Farrar. You will return into the Probate court of said county a certificate here on the Solemnization thereof within six months thereafter. In testimony whereof I have hereunto let my hand and affixed the seal of said court at office in Fulton this the 25th day of May 1864.
