Jacob Washington Griffin was born March 7, 1829, and died October 30, 1884, in 
Enterprise, MS.  His first wife was Victoria Brown of Enterprise, MS.  He was 
a son of William and Mary Griffin.

Victoria Brown Griffin, wife of J.W. Griffin, was born in 1841 and died May 6, 
1876, in Moss Point, MS.  She was a daughter of Little Berry and Martha R. 
Booth Brown of Enterprise, MS.
