Take a right, so that you are headed West on 90. Drive through several traffic lights until you find Pascagoula Str (has a traffic light). Turn right on Pascagoula Street so that you are driving north. Within a mile, you will see a Lake Ave. Fire Hall on Lake Avenue. Turn left onto Lake Avenue, and drive for about a mile until you come to Spanish Street. Take a right and you will go by the Spanish Fort Museum. Behind the Fort (on the right side) on a little dead-end street is the cemetery on the left hand side of the street. Please remember safety is first whenever entering any cemetery, bringing along mace or a male escort if you are alone ladies. I did have someone questionable approach me here, and I did let him know that I had mace. When two or more people are on the same line or grouped together - they are on the same head stone. This may or may not mean they are married. Do not assume relationships with only headstone readings. There is a possibility of errors on my part as a transcriber, please do not use this information as fact, but confirm this information with at least two more pieces of information, as with any genealogical material. And most important, if you find an ancestor here, take the time to make a trip to this cemetery. It is a very beautiful old cemetery that is well kept, with some older stones in the front right corner (primarily in French). A lot of the stones are in nice shape, though some are broken, or illegible from wear. There is at least one mausoleum that isn't in good repair, where the bricks on the sides are crumbling, or broken off. Note - most of the SARRAZIN stones were written in French and had French inscriptions below that was not transcribed in this listing (I did get all dates, but not the sentimental words that were written in French), some KREBS were also in French.
