Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at O' Bryant-O'Keefe Funeral Home in Pascagoula. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with burial in Machpelah Cemetery in Pascagoula. She is survived by two sons, Cecil Ugas and wife Debbie of Pascagoula, and Alphonse Ugas and wife Gloria of Tampa, Fla.; one daughter, Lillie Mae Ugas of Gulfport, Miss.; two sisters, Lillie Willis of Pascagoula, and Mrs. Willard (Margie) Wells of Brazoria, Texas; three brothers, Ernest Bang of Grand Bay, Ala., Rollie Bang and wife Stella of Pascagoula, and Hollie Bang and wife Kitty of Bayou Cumbest, Miss.; eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Henry Ugtas; her second husband, Robert Briggs; her mother, Hattie Bang Prousse; her father, Eddie Bang; two sons, Antonio and Monroe Ugas; and two sisters, Alberta Wainwright and Anna Mae Petterson. She worked as a welder at Ingalls Shipyard during World War II. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Heart and Lung Association.
