Lancaster, VA, passed away February 1, 2013 at his home. Preceded in death by
two brothers, Arthur and James Butler; three sisters, Eva Bea, Rosie Dublin and
Viola White; nephew, Garfield Dublin and former wife, Clara Bell Butler.

Edward Michael Holder, 35, of Lucedale, passed away February 1, 2013 in Mobile,
AL. Mr. Holder was born in Pascagoula, MS to E.M. Holder and the late Margaret
Rebecca Holder. Besides his mother he is also preceded in death by his
step-brother, Wayne Holder and grandparents, C.L. and Edith Holder.

Allen John Seymour, Jr., 87, of St. Martin, passed away February 1, 2013 in St.
Martin. He served in the United States Navy during WWII. Mr. Seymour is preceded
in death by his wife of 63 years, Marie Bosarge Seymour; and his daughter,

DeLinda Kay Pinson Thomas, 67, of Gautier, passed away Feb. 1, 2013 in Gautier.
She is preceded in death by her father, Andrew Stoddard Pinson; sister, Cynthia
Pinson Dahlgren and brother, Alva Pinson Bryan. DeLinda was a 1963 graduate of 
Moss Point High School. 

Allen John Seymour, Jr., 87, of St. Martin passed away February 1, 2013 in St.
Martin. He served in the United States Navy during WWII. Mr. Seymour is preceded
in death by his wife, Marie Bosarge Seymour; and his daughter, Frances Patterson.

Juanita LaVonne Bardwell, 71, of Pascagoula, passed away February 3, 2013. Mrs.
Bardwell was born December 27, 1941 to Albert and Eva Holifield in Vicksburg,
MS. She was co-owner of Bardwell Apartments and Singing River Cabinets. She was
a member of Lighthouse Baptist Church. In addition to her parents she was
preceded in death by her husband, Van H. Bardwell Sr. two children, Van "Bubba" 
Bardwell Jr. and Renita " Doni" Menzies; son-in-law, Steve Johnson; brother in
law, Arthur "Red" Wilson; mother and father-in-law, HT and Mildred Bardwell.

Virgie Mae Tyler, 93, of Pascagoula, MS passed away February 5, 2013. Born in
Stewart, MS on July 11, 1919 to David and Maggie Henson Brown. She was preceded
in death by her parents, her husband Johnnie H. Tyler in 1997, two daughters,
Jeanette Tyler in 1986 and Marilyn Ann Riley 2008, five brothers and sisters,
three grandchildren Sherry Tyler, Jason Russell, Robert Powell, Jr. two great 
grandchildren Josh Missledine and Andrew Powell.

Ruth Louise (Brissette) Gray, 73, of Pascagoula, passed away February 6, 2013.
She was born on July 4, 1939 in Norton, Vermont, but resided in Portland, ME
until her marriage in 1961. She was preceded in death by her parents Ralph Sr.
and Irene Brissette, one brother Walter Brissette, one sister Shirley Franks,
and her beloved son John Gray, who passed in January 1998. She worked on and off
at Singing River Hospital in Pascagoula and was voted Nurse of the Year on 3SE
by her peers in 1994. She retired in 1997. She was a member of Our Lady of
Victory Parish and loved the Lord. A private service for Mrs. 
Gray will be held at a later date.  

Peter Simon ‘Pete’ Martin, 79, of Pascagoula, MS passed away February 6, 2013.
He was born March 31, 1933 in Moss Point, MS. Pete proudly served his country
during Korea and Vietnam spending four years in the Navy and later retiring from
the Air Force. After his military career, he also retired as Detective from
Pascagoula Police Department following 18 years of service. Mr. Martin was
preceded in death by his parents Francis and Lydia (Deveraux) Martin; wife,
Eunice Genieve (Messick) Martin; sister Annie Perry and brother Robert Martin.

Joshua Edward Mumme, 21, passed away February 6, 2013. He attended Oasis Church
in Pascagoula. Joshua was preceded in death by his father, Frederick Edward
Mumme III, paternal grandmother, Thelma Grace Eastland, maternal grandparents,
James and Linda Davis of Wade, and one cousin, Christy Creel of Lucedale, MS and

Lonnie Wayne Morrow, 55, of Moss Point, MS passed away February 6, 2013. A 1975
graduate of MPHS, he spent 20 years serving on the Pascagoula Police Reserves,
10 years with the Jackson County Sheriff;s Reserve and a member of GC Mopar
Assn. He retired from Singing River Hospital and was of the Baptist faith.
Services with Rev. Bobby Myrick officiating. Honorary pallbearers are the

Ruth Irene Adams, 82, of Moss Point passed away February 7, 2013 in Lucedale.
She was born July 12, 1930 in Memphis, Tennessee. Mrs. Adams was a member of the
SRH Ladies Auxillary for many years and a member of First Baptist Church of Moss
Point (SBC). She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert H. & Ruth
Sutterfield Neely.

Paul D. Roberti, 76, of Gautier, MS, passed away February 7, 2013. Born October
3, 1936 in Chicago, IL to Romolo and Ruth Larson Roberti, he had been a resident
of Gautier since 1962. He owned Gautier Hardware. He owned and operated Gautier
Hardware Store for over 40 years before retiring in 2005. In addition to his
parents, Mr. Roberti was preceded in death by his wife Norma Pitre Roberti in
December 1978. A memorial service will be held from funeral home with Bro.

Priscilla Watson Marion was born December 2, 1928, passed away February 7, 2013.
She was preceded in death by her parents Ernest Sr. and Maggie Watson, her
husband, Edward Marion, Jr., two sisters Ida Belle Broadnax and Onnie Mae Smith,
one brother Walter Watson, and one daughter Brenda Marion Price. Funeral Service

William Harbin Myers, passed away February 7, 2013. Judge Myers was born on
August 22, 1941 in Jackson, MS. Judge Myers nobly served in the United States 
Army from 1964-1966 during the Vietnam War era. While in the Army, he earned the
rank of 1st Lieutenant and received the Army commendation medal. Judge Myers was
engaged in the private practice of law in Pascagoula, Mississippi for 23 years
until his appointment as Chancellor for the 16th Chancery Court District in
Mississippi in July 1992. He served continuously as Chancellor until 2000. In
June of 2000, Judge Myers was appointed to the Mississippi Court of Appeals. He
was re-elected to the Court and served as a presiding Judge from November 2005
until his retirement in December 2011. He is preceded in death by his parents,
Price and Margaret Myers and his grandsons, Christian and Matthew Myers.

Rev. Ted J. Witchen, 79, of Knoxville, formerly of Memphis, TN passed away Feb.
7, 2013. He served in the ministry for over 60 years.He was born in Pascagoula,
MS on January 1, 1934. He was preceded in death by his parents; five brothers;

8, 2013. He was the owner and operator of Henry's Bar and Grill in D'Iberville
and Henry's Avenue Lounge in Biloxi. He was preceded in death by his mother,
Rose Bosarge and father, Francis Ladnier. Visitation: Christus Victor Lutheran

Joseph Ann Nash (Jo Ann), 53,  passed away February 9, 2013, in Pascagoula, MS.
Jo Ann was born in Biloxi, MS to Eva and John Anglada. Lucille Vera Peterson
Horn, 84. passed away February 9, 2013. She is preceded in death by her husband,

Preston Daniel Craig’s short life of only 17 days ended on February 10, 2013 in
Mobile, AL. He was born in Mobile. Preston was preceded in death by his

home. Born in Philadelphia, Betty grew up in Moss Point, MS, and Hammonton, NJ,

Mr. Jody Lee Tarr, 41, a native of Pascagoula and resident of Wetumpka, Al,
passed away February 11, 2013 in Albany, GA at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.
He was born in Biloxi, MS and lived fifteen years in Jackson County, MS where he
attended Bethel Assembly of God Church. He is preceded in death by his
grandparents, James (Slim) Ephraim Landrum and Bertha Nowell Landrum. Visitation

John R. East III, 69, of Baytown, TX, was born in Meridian, MS and passed away
February 12, 2013 in a Houston, TX hospital. He was a U. S. Army veteran and a
member of the Christian faith. He was preceded in death by his parents, John R.
Jr. and Katherine East; son, John McLaurin East; granddaughter, Amber Michelle
East; and brothers, Chris East and William R. East.

Vanis Raymon Ely, 85, of Madison, passed away February 12, 2013 in Ridgeland,
MS. Vanis was born May 26, 1927, in Eoline, Alabama to Melvin H. and Lila Jane
Hubbard Ely. He was the seventh of thirteen children. The family moved to
Harleston, MS (Jackson County) in 1930. After quitting school to work at Ingalls
and join the Navy, he graduated from Moss Point HS in 1947. While in the Navy,
he served at the Amphibious Training Base in Coronado, CA. He served 20 years in
the USN Reserves, Seabee Unit 618. He then joined the US Army National Guard,
131st Aviation Battalion and served for 15 more years. 
Vanis joined the Mason's in 1953 and was a 3rd degree Mason, Blue Lodge #626,
Leavell Woods. He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife Betty, his
brothers Charles Ely, Melvin Ely, Grady Ely, Frank Ely and John Ely; his sisters
Myrtle E. Holmberg, Francis E. Mixon, Joyce E. Deakle, Barbara E. McMillan and
Mary Elizabeth Ely.

Charles Earl Horton, 71, of Hurley, MS passed away February 12, at his home. He
was born January 23, 1942 in Weir, MS to the late Thomas McCoy Horton and Minnie
Worrell. Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by his step-mother, Rilla
Etta Horton; brother, Thomas Glenn Horton; and his dearly loved parents-in-law,
Lee and Alice Waters.

preceded in death by her mother, Mary Jane Dickerson Jones and her father George
Andrew Jones; her husband Bobby Gene Day; her brother, Johnny Lumas Jones; and
her sister, Floyce Jones Kendrick. Funeral services: Emmanuel Church of the

February 13, 2013. They were longtime residents of Ocean Springs. Donnie was
born in Biloxi to Lawrence and Maggie Gum. He was a graduate of Ocean Springs
High School. Donnie is preceded in death by his parents; sister, Brenda Gum;
brothers, Ronnie Gum and Jerry Gum; and brother in law Mack McVey. Marge born to
Margaret Ann and Joseph Albert Holmes in Muskegon, MI. Marge is preceded in
death by her parents; brother, Joseph A. Holmes, Jr.; and sister, Patricia Marie

William L. "Red" McAllister, 87, Ocean Springs, MS, passed away Feb. 13, 2013.

Roy Harvey Rogers, Sr., 94, a lifelong resident of Escatawpa, MS, passed away
February 13, 2013, in Pascagoula, born in Moss Point on September 8, 1918. He
was a veteran of U.S. Army service during World War II, serving with the 35th
Medical Detachment, U.S. Infantry. He was awarded the EAME Theater Ribbon, with
3 bronze stars, and the World War II Victory Medal. Mr. Rogers was preceded in
death by his wife, Lucille Anniece Rogers; an infant son, Harvey Wayne Rogers; a
daughter, Lora Anniece Barber; a granddaughter, Major Nora “Sissy” Barber, USAF,
and a daughter-in-law Charlotte Rogers.

Springs. Michael was born in New Orleans, Louisiana and attended Delgado

Evie Christine Overstreet, 86, of Vancleave MS, passed away February 14, 2013.
She was born December 5, 1926 in Kemper County, MS. Mrs. Overstreet was a member
of Magnolia Baptist Church in Vancleave, MS. Ppreceded in death by her parents
Clifton and Evie Green, husband John L. Overstreet, daughters Evie Lee Foster
and Judith Marie Overstreet, granddaughter Melissa Lynn Riegle, great-
grandchildren Gabriel Christine Rogers and Tyler Wages, sister Edna Rosmond.

Beverly Krebs Schaub, 85, passed away February 14, 2013. She was the daughter of
Charles Henry Krebs and Edna Moore Krebs and was born on January 6, 1928. She
graduated from Infant Jesus Academy in Pascagoula, Mississippi in 1946. Beverly
married her childhood sweetheart, Frederick Delmas Schaub, on July 12, 1947, and
they were married for 63 years. She was reunited with her beloved 
Fred in heaven on Valentine's Day as her special gift to him. Mrs. Schaub was
preceded in death by her husband, Frederick Delmas Schaub, Sr., parents, Charles
Henry Krebs and Edna Moore Krebs; her brothers, Council Krebs and Francis "Bub"
Krebs; her sisters, Alda Krebs Chamberlin, Ivon "Billie" Krebs Bennett, Mary
Krebs Torricelli, Nell Krebs Delmas, Eunice Krebs Walker, Dorothy Krebs Talley
and Joyce Krebs Goff. Mrs. Schaub was a lifelong resident of Jackson County,
Mississippi and resided in Pascagoula, Moss Point and Gautier during her life.

Paula Fallo, born September 8, 1929, passed away February 16, 2013. Born in
Biloxi on September 8, 1929. Paula lived in Biloxi for the first 35 years of her
life, graduating from Sacred Heart Girls School. She spent the rest of her years
in Ocean Springs raising her family and helping her husband run the family
business Fallo Dry Cleaners. Preceded in death by her parents, Frank G. and Mary
Elizabeth "Bessie" Baudry; her sister, Mary Lea Norris; and her brother, Clay
Baudry.  A Mass of Christian Burial at Saint Francis Xavier Seelos Catholic
Church in Biloxi.

Krystal (Krissy) Kay Klonoski passed away June 3, 1965 in Tustin, CA. She was
born August 25, 1959 to the late Mr. and Mrs. Richard (Marie) Klonoski. Krystal
was buried in El Toro Memorial Park in Orange County, CA. After many years and
re-locations during Mr. Klonoski's service in the United States Marine Corps, in
1975 the Klonoski family settled in Pascagoula, MS. One of Mrs. Klonoski’s last
wishes was to have her daughter brought to South Mississippi. She will be
welcomed home to Macphelah Cemetery by her sisters Karen (Bobby) Logan, Karla
(David) Dickens, Katherine Klonoski and Kelly Klonoski. Krissy will finally be
reunited next to her parents Saturday, February 16, 2013.

Mrs. Bernice C. Glaude, of Pascagoula, MS, born December 26, 1924,  passed away
February 17, 2013. Preceded in death by her husband, Herman Glaude, Sr.; parents
George and Louise Watson; sons Herman Glaude, Jr., Charles Glaude, Gerald
Glaude, Sr. and Adrian Glaude; and three brothers, George Watson, Jr., Raymond

James Curtis Long, Jr., 87, from Gautier passed away February 17, 2013; born
February 18, 1925 in Arkansas to the late Mr. James Curtis Long, Sr. and Mrs.
Amelia Crawford Long. He was known by many for years as the owner of Kevin’s
Corner.  Mr. Long was preceded in death by his parents, his wife of more than
fifty years, Mrs. Rose Ellen Long, and a granddaughter, Brandy Long.Jackson

Mr. Vody Eugene Fountain, 66, of Woodstock, GA, died February 18, 2013, born in
Mobile, Al, and a longtime resident of Vancleave, MS and resided in Georgia for
20 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Newton and Josephine Fountain
and two brothers, Stanley Fountain and Jody Fountain.

in Leesburg, VA. He served his country from 1964 to 1990 in the United States
Air Force where he retired as a Chief Master Sergeant. He is preceded in death

Biloxi, MS. John was born in Pascagoula, MS to the late Dan and Charlotte Mae

Point High School. He was preceded in death by his two brothers, Billy Charles

Lillian Maggie McDaniel, passed away February 20, 2013 in Pascagoula, MS. She
was the daughter of the late Cleborn and Emma Bush and was a Mississippi native
born in Magee on April 19, 1930. Her husband, Donald P. (Mack) McDaniel; her
son, Kevin L. McDaniel; a brother Wesley Bush; and sister, Emma Jean Cothran,
predeceased her. Interment of ashes will follow in Seattle, Washington.

Ernestine ‘Ernie’  Zettel Beaugez, 85, passed away February 21, 2013; born on
July 7, 1927 in Pass Christian, MS. Preceded in death by her parents, Ernest
Zettel and Elsie Schnieder Zettel; two sisters, Laura Warbach and Francis
Beaugez; her brother, Ernest "Sonny" Zettel; and her daughter Tina Marie

Justin "J.E." Elwood Lovorn Sr., 85, of Pascagoula, MS passed away February 22,
2013. Mr. Lovorn was born in Kosciusko, MS on February 1, 1928 to William and
Faylene Lovorn and was raised in Thomastown, MS. He served in the United States
Air Force in the 19th Troop Carrier Squad and participated in the Berlin Airlift
after WWII. He was preceded in death by his parents; a granddaughter Mary
Katherine Foster and a brother, Howard Hartwell Langdon.

Robert Daniel Scott, 73, passed away Feb. 22, 2013 at Rolling Acres Retirement
Center in Raleigh, MS. Mr. Scott was born on July 28, 1939. He was born to Fred
Norman Scott and Iris Cunningham Scott. Mr. Scott was a native of Escatawpa, MS.
Mr. Scott is preceded in death by his parents Norman and Iris Scott, a sister
Lana McInnis, a brother James Scott, a daughter-n-law Diane Scott, a stepson
Kenneth McLain, and a granddaughter Johnlyn Scott. Memorial services: Caswell

William H. "Bill" Slider, 66, of Leaksville, MS passed away February 22, 2013.
He was born March 24, 1946 in Laurel, MS to the late, Donald and Honor (Ward)
Slider. Mr. Slider is also preceded in death by his wife, Lila Stephens Slider.

granddaughter, Tara Ward Burleson in 2011.

Mrs. Beatrice Valentine, 84, of Moss Point passed away February 23, 2013. She
was born May 3, 1928 to the late L.J. and Eva (Davis) Bullock. Besides her
parents, Mrs. Valentine is preceded in death by her husband, Fred Edward
Valentine Sr; son, Mitchell Valentine Sr.; granddaughter, Susan Michelle
Valentine; sisters, Frankie Wells and Opal Helms; and brothers, David and
Johnnie Bullock.

preceded in death by her husband, Ronald M. Goszdak, Sr.; parents, Steve and

Ronald Bo Hall, 72, of Ocean Springs, MS, passed away February 27, 2013, in
Ocean Springs. He served in the U.S. Navy. After being honorably discharged in
1969, he and his wife owned and operated the Jr. Food Mart and later opened
Hall's Dental Laboratory in 1975. He continued this profession until his
retirement in 2011. He was the Vice President of the Singing River Electric
Power Board and a member of First Baptist Church of Vancleave. He was preceded
in death by his parents, Jack Hall and Elizabeth Sis Hall.
