April 2005 Roger Mathieu

Mr. William Jacob Harris of Pascagoula, Miss. departed this life on Sunday, 
April 3, 2005. He was 88 years old, having been born, Sept. 11, 1916. Mr. 
Harris was retired from Ingalls Shipbuilding after 40 years as a foreman in 
tool control. He also worked for Colle Towing Company, and was a former 
Pascagoula Police Officer and Jackson County Sheriff's Deputy. 

Mr. Harris was preceded in death by his father and mother, Mr. Robert Clyde and 
Mrs. Celia Mathieu Harris; infant daughters, Donna Gayle and Mary Elizabeth; a 
granddaughter, Angie McCullough; sister, Daisy Schmidt; a brother, Herman C. 
Harris; and a daughter-in-law, Henrietta Smith Harris. 
     
Visitation will be at Holder-Wells Funeral Home in Moss Point. 

Funeral services will be from Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Pascagoula with 
Rev. Mike Kelleher officiating. 

Interment will follow in Machpelah Cemetery, Pascagoula, Miss.
