Mrs. Melva Geraldine Switzer Huff, 82, of Moss Point, MS passed away January 
25, 2010 in Pascagoula. She was born in Jackson County, MS. Mrs. Huff was a 
member of Safe Harbor United Methodist Church. In her early years at Kreole 
United Methodist Church, Mrs. Huff taught Sunday School for the Ladies Bible 
Class for 40 years, was an active lifetime member of the United Methodist 
Women, a member of the choir and was the first woman 
Chairperson of the Administrative Board.

She and her husband, Thomas, owned and operated Kiddieland Day Care Center 
in Kreole for many years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Lucy Switzer; husband, 
Thomas Earl Huff and son, Thomas "Tommy" Lee Huff.

Visitation: Safe Harbor United Methodist Church in Escatawpa, MS. Funeral 
services will be from the church with (nephew) Rev. Jeff 
Switzer, Rev. Hollis Howell and Rev. Tom Potter officiating. Interment will 
be in Orange Grove Cemetery in Moss Point. Pallbearers will be nephews.
