Tillman and E.E. Colenburg officiating. Burial will be in the Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Fayette under the direction of Rollins Funeral Home of Fayette. Visitation is from 1 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Mr. White was born Oct. 1, 1936, in Franklin County, the son of Quint White Sr. and Mattie Washington. He was a retired foreman with the U.S. Forestry Service, a member of Masonic Mount Valley Lodge No. 6 where he obtained the Master Mason Degree, was a deacon of Mount Pleasant United Methodist Church and a avid sportsman. Mr. White was preceded in death by his father, Quint White; a son, Hildry White Jr.; two daughters, Hilda Ann Phelps and Glenda K. King. Survivors include his wife, Lula K. White of Harriston; his mother, Mattie Washington of Meadville; three sons, Kelvin King of Harriston, Christopher Tillman of Clayton and Demetric and his wife, Kim Hickingbottom of Bude; five daughters and spouses, Mattie Rankin, Vonda and Ralph Harris of Bude, Lenora and Henry Snyder of Meadville, Essie and Bessie Hayes of Fayette; 14 grandchildren whom he raised as his own and spouses, Lucille and Leroy Gaines, Bobby Mosby of Fayette, Brenda and James Lee of Lorman, Linda and Lawrence Mack of Jackson, Samuel Jr., Robert, Eddie, Willie, Kent and Jerry King, all of Fayette, Mark, Lionel and Bonita King of Lorman; one brother, Quint and his wife, Jean White Jr. of Jackson; one sister, Geneva Scarver of St. Paul, Minn.; cousin, Mozell Keys of Meadville; five sisters-in-law; five brothers-in-law; and a number of other relatives and friends. Pallbearers will be Masonic Brothers of Mount Valley Lodge No. 6. Honorary pallbearers will be Henry Snyder, Christopher Tillman, Demetric Hickingbottom, Mark, Kelvin, Eddie, Lionel Sr., Wille and Kent King, James A.
