Ivey is Taken by Death Monday Morn W.M. (Will) Ivey, 53, former resident of Laurel, died Monday morning at 5 o'clock at his home, Moselle, Route Two, following an illness of only a few days. For almost 25 years, Mr. Ivey was a resident of Laurel, being employed at the Laurel Mills and as a merchant in West Laurel. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Gertrude Ivey: one step-son, George McMillan, Atlanta: and one nephew, Emmet H. Lee, Atlanta: and a number of others Funeral services will be held from the home of his sister-in-law, Mrs. W.B. Moody 104 South Twelth avenue, here at 4 o'clock Tuesday afternoon with the Rev. W.E. Hellen in charge. Burial will be in the Hickory Grove cemetery. The active pallbearers will include H.C. Lomax, R.M. Pittman, Sam Kaplan, C.T.
