Graveside Services for Alice C. White of Greenwood were to
be at 2 p.m. today at Odd Fellow Cemetery.

Mrs. White, 97, died of heart faillure Monday, March 16,
2009, at Graceland Nursing Home in Oxford.

Mrs. White was born on Sept. 10, 1911, to Cazzie Lee and
Blanchie Boyles Chamblee.  She was a member of the Church
of God of Prophecy. She clerked for Malouf Records for
many years.

She is survived by her son, Benton White of Carrollton;
niece Sylvia Alger of Oxfor; and friend, Virgina Terry
of Greenwood.
