	AUNT VINIE BACON
	-------
  This good old darkey who had reached the ripe age of ninety died on Wednesday 
night, April 11th, 1922.  She was a faithful good darkey and will be greatly 
missed.  If some of the rising generation would only walk in her footsteps the 
world would be much better than it is.  
  She was cheerful and active until the time of her death and always when asked 
how she was, would reply, “Just fine.”  She seemed to think it was wrong to 
complain.
