SALLIE GARDNER BYNUM ------- Mrs. Sallie Gardner Bynum, widow of the late Cobb Bynum, died at the home of Mr. Wallace one mile south of Saltillo about 4 o’clock Wednesday morning. Mrs. Bynum has been making her home with her son, Kenney Bynum, at Gulfport and came up Sunday night to visit friends and relatives at her old home. She was apparently in the best of health but was taken suddenly ill Tuesday and Dr. Pyle was called and administered relief. At an early our Wednesday morning she was taken suddenly worse and died before the physician could be called. Mrs. Bynum was a member of the well-known Gardner family and was a woman highly esteemed for her many Christian virtues.
