Tupelo Journal, Feb. 24, 1882
  Mrs. Robertson, the aged mother of the late Capt. S. M. Robertson, died 
suddenly in this place, on Monday night last.  In the midst of loved ones, with 
the memory of a long and peaceful life, protracted beyond the allotted span, 
and in the full hope of the promises of the gospel she fell asleep.  “It is 
blessed to go when so ready to die.
