The Nash family were white and the other burials seem to have been African American burials. There is evidence of more burials, but these stones were recovered on a survey of the grounds of where the cemetery was supposed to be. The cemetery is located to the south of Highway 50 across from the New Covenant Baptist Church, 1.5 miles from the Alabama state line. Surveyed by Russell D. James and Mike Lowery on 18 March 2004.
