Location:  Madison County, Miss. on Hwy 22, l mile east of intersection of 
Hwys 463 and 22 and about 1760 feet north, on property of Jim Giddy.	

The cemetery has two monuments in a grove of cedar trees. The present owner 
(Jim Giddy) has reset the monuments in their original state and the small 
cemetery seems to be taken care of.  There are notations on a previous 
document that Sara Lowe, daughrter of A. M. and Figures Lowe married 
S. A. D. Greaves, great grandfather of Elmore Greaves.
