Deed between A. H. Dinkins & Daniel Moore

A H Dinkins Deed to Daniel Moore}  Received for record 2nd & recorded 
11th November 1841 This indenture made the twenty fourth day of August 
one thousand eight hundred and forty one between Alex H Dinkins of the 
one part and Daniel Moore of the other both of the County of Madison, 
State of Mississippi.  Witnesseth that the said Alex H Dinkins for & in 
consideration of the sum of one thousand dollars to him in hand paid, 
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have this day bargained sold 
delivered & conveyed to the said Daniel Moore all that tract or parcel 
of land lying and being situated in the County of Madison & State of 
Mississippi and known designated & described as follows, viz. The SE 
quarter and the E half of the SW quarter of Section Eleven & the E half 
of the SE quarter of Section thirteen all in Township Eight Range Nine 
East with all and singular the hereditiments and appertenances 
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining to have and to hold free 
from all lawful claims whatsoever.
	
Given under my hand and seal the day and year above mentioned.

This day personally appeared before me the undersigned Justice of 
the Peace of said County Alex H Dinkins and acknowledges that he 
signed, sealed, & delivered the above deed for the consideration 
therein above mentioned.
